It also applies when we use an inquiry to prepare a quotation or begin arranging requested freight forwarding or logistics services.

This policy does not govern independently operated carrier, customs authority, insurer, agent, social media, messaging, or other third-party websites and services.

Depending on how you contact us, we may receive:

• Shipment and quotation information: origin, destination, postal or ZIP code, transport mode, service scope, Incoterms, commodity, packaging, quantity, weight, dimensions, cargo-ready date, cargo value, currency, country of origin, HS code, and requested services.
• Special handling information: details about dangerous or regulated goods, batteries, temperature requirements, high-value, fragile, oversized, or personal-effects cargo, and related handling instructions.
• Communications: messages, documents, feedback, and records of our correspondence or calls with you.

Please do not send government identification numbers, payment card or bank credentials, medical information, or other highly sensitive personal information unless we specifically request it and it is necessary for a service or legal requirement.

Information collected when you use the website

Our web server and security or delivery providers may automatically receive limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, requested URL, date and time, and security events. The search and category filters on our downloads page run in your browser and are not submitted to us.

• hosting, email, communications, security, document, and other technology providers acting for us;
• customs, port, aviation, transport, tax, sanctions, law-enforcement, courts, regulators, and other competent authorities where required or permitted by law; and
• a buyer, investor, advisor, or successor in connection with a genuine corporate transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. International data transfers

Loongle is based in China and coordinates international shipments. Your information may therefore be processed in China and in the countries or regions connected with the requested origin, destination, transit route, carrier, or agent. Those locations may have privacy laws that differ from the laws where you live.

Where applicable law requires additional steps for a cross-border transfer, we will use an appropriate legal basis and safeguards, such as required notices or consent, contractual protections, security measures, or another legally recognized transfer mechanism. Shipment documents may also need to be provided to foreign authorities and logistics participants to perform the service or comply with law.

6. Cookies and third-party resources

The current public website does not use advertising pixels or behavioral analytics tools, and we do not intentionally set non-essential advertising or analytics cookies. Strictly necessary browser, server, security, or delivery technologies may still be used to provide the site.

The fonts, icons, images, stylesheets, scripts, and downloadable resources used by the current public website are served from Loongle-controlled website hosting rather than requested from Google Fonts or cdnjs. Our hosting, security, and delivery providers may process limited technical request information as described in Section 2 when they deliver these resources.

Links to Facebook, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other external services do not activate an embedded social feed on our site. If you select a link or use a messaging service, the external provider will process your information under its own terms and privacy policy. If we later introduce non-essential cookies or tracking, we will update this notice and provide any consent choices required by law.

7. Retention and security

Website quote and contact inquiries that do not lead to a customer relationship or shipment are normally kept for no more than 24 months after our last substantive contact with you. We may keep an inquiry for a shorter period when appropriate or for longer where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, maintain security, resolve a complaint or dispute, establish or defend a legal claim, or comply with law.

If an inquiry leads to a quotation, contract, booking, shipment, payment, insurance matter, customs filing, or continuing business relationship, the relevant records become business and transaction records. We retain those records for the period required by applicable transport, customs, trade, tax, accounting, insurance, sanctions, limitation, and other legal or contractual requirements. We review retained website inquiry records periodically and delete, anonymize, or securely restrict them when the applicable period ends and no exception remains.

No internet transmission, email system, or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. This is a business-to-business freight and logistics website and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

Our website includes links to third-party websites and communications platforms. Current downloadable resources are served from Loongle-controlled website hosting. We do not control the security, availability, content, or privacy practices of external websites or communications services.
